Monmouth Leisure Centre

Following the recent £7.4 million pound investment, Monmouth Leisure Centre now features a 25M swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, a large gym with the latest market-leading equipment, a large air-conditioned aerobics studio with virtual capabilities and a dedicated spin studio.

The leisure centre also features a toning suite using power-assisted equipment, well-being and beauty spa, a multi-purpose room for parties and meetings, a 3 storey children’s play centre and a café. Visitors to Monmouth Leisure Centre can enjoy numerous individual activities or may choose to book one of our programmed classes. All fitness classes can be booked 7 days in advance.

Please note the timetable is subject to change at the discretion of Monmouth Leisure Centre. The pool will be cleared between sessions if necessary.

Pool Safety For Children

As a minimum, each child under 8 must be directly supervised in the water by its parents or an adult (aged 18 or over). This is recommended by the Health & Safety Executive. No more than two children under 8 may be supervised by one parent or adult (aged 18 or over). Children aged 4 and under must be supervised on a 1:1 basis by an adult.

Please note that during Family Fun swims these ratios can be extended due to the level of lifeguard supervision. One adult can accompany 3 children aged 5-8 years old or one adult can accompany 2 children aged under 5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult in Family Fun.
