Abergavenny Leisure Centre
We have a number of different Birthday Party Packages available:

- Pool parties – Inflatable with slide, crocodile inflatable, balls, floats and toys.
All of the above are suitable for children up to the age of 10
Caldicot Leisure Centre
We have a number of different party packages available:

Chepstow Leisure Centre
Jungle Bouncy Castle & Soft Play: Exclusive use of the community rooms for 2 hours with our jungle themed bouncy castle and soft play. Catering options include either a cold box (sandwich) or hot box (chicken nuggets etc). Minimum booking number of 15 children. Sundays 10:30-12:30 or 13:00-15:00 only.
Balls & Floats Party: Exclusive use of the swimming pool with balls & floats for 1 hour, followed by use of the cafe for 1 hour for food. Catering options include either a cold box (sandwich) or hot box (chicken nuggets etc). Minimum booking number of 15 children. Sundays 13:00-15:00 only.
Sports Party: Choose from a range of sports including football, basketball, netball and more. Includes hire of the sports hall for 1 hour and 1 hour hire of the cafe for food. Catering options include either a cold box (sandwich) or hot box (chicken nuggets etc). Minimum booking number of 15 children. Saturdays 12:30-14:30 only.
Nerf Gun Party: Instructor led Nerf Gun party, with use of the sports hall for 1 hour, followed by use of the cafe for 1 hour for food. Catering options include either a cold box (sandwich) or hot box (chicken nuggets etc). Minimum booking number of 15 children. Saturdays 12:30-14:30 only.

Monmouth Leisure Centre
- Play Centre (Min of 10 Max 30 children)

Soft play Non- exclusive
Soft play party Non- exclusive will have their own designated party space within this area will be chairs and tables and where food will be provided at no extra costs. Party hosts will have use of the play frame and the cordoned area within the booked time slot. Those over the age of 3 cannot use the toddler area. Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake.
SOFT-PLAY PARTY (Non-exclusive – Designated party space)
- Mon to Fri: 4pm – 6pm
- Sat/Sun: 10am – 12pm / 1pm – 3pm
- £13.50 per child over 3 years (£135 deposit for 10 children*)
- £10.30 per child under 3 years (£103 deposit for 10 children*)
- Minimum 10 children, maximum 30
- NB. The soft-play is open to the public during these times
Soft play party Exclusive
Soft play party exclusive will have the entire soft play to themselves where food will be provided at no extra costs. Party hosts will have use of the play frame within the booked time slot. Those over the age of 3 cannot use the toddler area. Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake. Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake.
SOFT-PLAY PARTY (Exclusive – Entire soft-play)
- Sat/Sun ONLY: 2pm – 4pm
- £465.60 Total
- £265.60 deposit payable on booking*
- £200 remainder balance
- Includes up to 30 children, £13.50 per additional child
Sports Party
From 12.30 – 13.30 party participants will have use of the sports hall. Sports coach is not included however party host are welcome to make use of sport related equipment and deliver their own session. Football goals, Basketball hoops and balls will be supplied. 13-30 – 14:30 party attendees will be in the multi-use room where they will be supplied a fixed buffet (Provided at no extra cost). Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake.

- £10.00 per child (£100 deposit for 10 children*)

Pool Party balls and float
From 11.15am – 12.15pm party participants will have use of the swimming pool. Pool party participants will be supplied balls and floats and will be given 1 hour of free play. Children under 8 years accompanied by an adult 3:1 (3 children to 1 adult) can either 12.15 – 13.15 party attendees will be in the multi-use room where they will be supplied a fixed buffet (Provided at no extra cost). Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake.
- Sundays ONLY: 11.15am – 1.15pm
- Balls & floats (up to 8 years): £12.50 per child
- £187.50 deposit for 15 children*
- Minimum 15 children, maximum 30
- Children under 8 years accompanied by an adult 3:1
- (3 children to 1 adult)
Pool Party inflatable
From 11.15am – 12.15pm party attendees will have use of the swimming pool. Pool party attendees will be supplied the pool inflatable and will be given 1 hour of free play. Balls and floats will also be included in this session. Children under 8 years will not be allowed on the inflatable and must be accompanied by an adult 3:1 (3 children to 1 adult if playing with the balls and float. All participants must complete a swim test if they are to go on the inflatable. Participant must Jump in deep the end to submerge, tread water for 30 seconds, swim a length of the pool without stopping. 12.15 – 13.15 party attendees will be in the multi-use room where they will be supplied a fixed buffet (Provided at no extra cost). Party Host is to provide their own balloons, theme and cake.
- Inflatable (8 – 14 years): £13.50 per child
- £202.50 deposit for 15 children*
- Minimum 15 children, maximum 30
- Swim test: Jump in deep the end to submerge, tread water
- for 30 seconds, swim a length of the pool without stopping
- FIXED BUFFET (provided at no extra cost):
- Margherita pizza slices
- Sandwiches (cheese, ham, jam)
- Chicken nuggets
- Crudites (cucumber & carrot sticks)
- Season fruit, sliced (usually water-melon, oranges & grapes)
- Crisps
- Squash – orange & blackcurrant
The cafe can cater for all dietary requirements, allergens & intolerance – Please give at least 7 days notice (i.e. Dairy free, gluten free, Halal, nut free, vegan, vegetarian).
