NFD Campaign - Monlife

National Fitness Day 2023 will take place on Wednesday 20th September and MonLife is excited to assist in highlighting the role that physical activity plays across the UK. To help raise awareness of this important campaign, we will be arranging a variety of activities in which our members, staff and supporters can join in with; keep an eye out on our social for our upcoming activities.

Alongside the campaign, MonLife would like to continue to encourage people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to come together to recognise the importance of prioritising being active for our mental wellbeing as well as physical health.

What is National Fitness Day (NDF)?

National Fitness Day is the UK’s most active day of the year – in 2022 more than 22 million people were inspired to be active on the day.

Using the theme Fitness Unites Us, campaign organisers ‘ukactive’ are encouraging fitness, sport and leisure providers across the UK to demonstrate the inclusive power of physical activity in bringing people from all walks of life together, in every community.

How to take part?

MonLife are once again taking part in National Fitness Day (NFD) and we want to encourage ALL of Monmouthshire to move in ANYWAY that suits you on the big day!
