New Outdoor Gym coming to Chepstow Leisure Centre

Chepstow Leisure Centre is excited to announce the launch of its All Ability Outdoor Gym, a dedicated space for newcomers and fitness enthusiasts to engage in exercise and physical activity, including the option to participate in group workouts. The gym will feature a Tournament series to promote outdoor physical activity and strength training, supporting overall health and well-being.

This initiative is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The new outdoor gym will include state-of-the-art equipment from Indigo Fitness, such as a functional fitness frame, 12-meter-long turf sled track, functional wall-fixed rigs, and free weights. The grand opening is planned to coincide with National Fitness Day on 18th September.

Exercising in a group setting has been shown to have numerous benefits, including enhanced training experiences, peer support, accountability, and a sense of community. Keep an eye out on the MonLife app and social media for updates and get ready for our September launch!
