When does the new facility open?

What type of pitch is it?
Astro turf is a synthetic grass playing surface designed to replicate natural turf, providing a durable, low‑maintenance pitch suitable for year‑round use.
Used for:
- Hockey pitches
- Football & rugby training
- Training and multi-use games areas
- Community and school sports facilities
- All-weather play and competitive matches

What does it cost to hire the pitch?
Pricing depends on pitch size (full/half) and peak/off‑peak times.

What footwear is allowed?
Allowed: Moulded studs, AG boots
Not allowed: Metal studs, flat trainers, and (depending on policy) blades.
Can matches be played on the Astro pitch?
Yes—league fixtures, training sessions and friendly matches are welcome (subject to governing‑body rules).
