Caldicot Arts Festival and Summer Fayre
A celebration of local artists and a chance for the Community to come together and get creative.
Caldicot Arts Festival is a community run event, now in its second year.
In 2026, we will be celebrating creativity over 3 venues with the theme of ‘Summer Colour’.
From 10am – 11:30am on Saturday 1st August, Together Works and the Caldicot Library & Hub will be hosting free drop-in activities on the day, with Together Works getting things going in the week leading up to the event too!
TogetherWORKS welcomes everyone to celebrate creativity! Irene’s Art Club will on Tuesday 28th July to make woodland animal masks for the Summer Fayre parade or drop in anytime to create cardboard flower vases and flowers. On Saturday 1 August, we’re open 10–11.30am to view community artwork, chat and get creative.
Caldicot Library & Hub – Come along from 10am – 11:30am on Sat 1st August and celebrate literature by signing up to the Summer Reading Challenge and enjoying craft activities and exhibitions by local artists.
Caldicot Castle – From 12 – 4pm inside the Castle, we will have a variety of displays from different local art groups as well as specialist costume designer, Emma Williams, exhibiting some of her work.
We are delighted to be hosting the event alongside the Caldicot Summer Fayre, which will also be taking place outside Caldicot Castle on Saturday 1st August from 12pm. Please visit Summer Fayre for more info about the Summer Fayre.
Be sure to come along and enjoy a whole day of creative fun for all the community!
