Deep in the smelly sewers of London something stirs. King Rat and his rat army are scheming to takeover the city and make life impossible for normal people. It falls to our hero Dick Whittington and his brave cat, assisted by the spirit of London, to save the city. Can he outwit the evil rodent King Rat & then be rich enough to marry Alice?
