We all know there’s not one size that fits all, that’s why we have plenty of membership options to choose from.
All our memberships grant you access to any of our four leisure centres at Abergavenny, Monmouth, Caldicot and Chepstow. Each centre has a multitude of Technogym equipment, fitness studios, swimming pools and activities to keep you healthy and active while looking after your wellbeing. Our memberships also come with all of the help and support needed to help you on your way to a fitter and healthier you. Our NERS membership is aimed to provide exercise for anyone over 16 who are sedentary and at risk of or experiencing chronic conditions. A referral can be obtained by a recognised NHS Health Professional. For more information about this membership click the following link.

Please note: this membership is available via the ‘National Exercise Referral Scheme’ which works in partnership with local health professionals: including local GPs, practice nurses, dieticians, physiotherapists, diabetic nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists. To join the centre on a NERS membership, you must first have a referral via health professional so that we can work together to suit your needs.
