A: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are unable to turn on the Air Conditioning units, making this Fitness Suite specifically at Caldicot extremely warm.  This is due to lack of ventilation and positioning above the swimming pool generating extra heat.  We have had to make the difficult decision to keep all cardiovascular equipment switched off when we re-open.

All of the Resistance machines will be available to use and members can book in for 45-minute time slots.

We have created a fantastic space for all our classes to continue in the Community Suite, Aerobics Study and Sports Hall.  Additionally, we will be offering Body Blitz sessions in the Community Suite when classes are not being delivered to provide members with personalised Fitness sessions with our Fitness Instructors.
