DESCRIPTION:Let your children become Little Explorer’s with a one hour exploration session around Caldicot Castle Country Park. Tickets are £2 per child (adults don’t need to book). \nStart point: Caldicot Castle drawbridge \nOn the nature trail there’ll be bug hunting\, bird & wildlife spotting\, exploring and bush tucker talk. \nEach child will be provided with a Little Explorer’s Club gilet and hat\, and a bag with explorer’s equipment (all returnable at the end of the session) \nEach child will receive a printed tick sheet for bugs\, birds and wildlife to record what they have seen and for them to take away. \nAt the end of each session\, each child will receive a personalised ‘Summer Of Fun Little Explorer’s Club’ certificate of participation and a 3D bug sticker sheet to take away as mementos. \nTimes (11am – midday) \nTerms & conditions \nFor ages 3 – 7 \nOne adult required for every two children (adults do not need to book) \nThe walk will be supervised by one Caldicot Castle staff member \nMaximum group size 10 children \nPre-booking required \nNo refunds available

Pauline will take you on a journey into the past and share with you some of the fascinating facts that are unique to Caldicot Castle. The tour will also point out some of the most interesting features in the castle buildings and may even tell you where you are most likely to see our resident ghost! \nDuration: Tour lasts 1 hour\nWhen: The last Wednesday of every month (except May)\, at 2pm.\nWhere : Tours start under the marquee within the castle grounds.\nCost: £2 per person\nSuitable for: Adults and children of school age (accompanied by adults). Most of the tour is on flat ground\, but there are some grass areas and chippings in parts. \n
