Mae teithio llesol yn disgrifio gwneud teithiau hanfodol, fel teithio i\u2019r gwaith, ar daith ysgol, i apwyntiadau, a hynny ar droed neu ddulliau teithio eraill sydd yn defnyddio olwynion. Gall yr elfen o olwynion gynnwys beiciau (trydan neu b\u0175er pedal yn unig), sgwteri, cadeiriau olwyn, beiciau wedi&#8217;u haddasu neu sgwteri symudedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dywedodd y Cyng. Gall pobl o bob oed a gallu deithio ag olwynion neu gerdded, ac mae pob taith y gallwn ei gwneud heb y car yn cyfrannu at wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRydym wedi ein bendithio yma yn Sir Fynwy gyda chefn gwlad hardd tafliad carreg o\u2019n trefi a phentrefi, ac felly mae dewis teithio llesol \u00e2\u2019r fantais ychwanegol o allu cysylltu\u2019n wirioneddol \u00e2 natur a gweld pethau nad ydych chi\u2019n cael y cyfle iddynt wrth yrru.
